Standard server logs help keep the site secure and functioning. We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate page views only (privacy-oriented analytics: no cookies, no cross-site trackers). We do not sell visitor data.

A good room remembers your order, not your entire life. Our directory follows the same principle.
On the night list
Joining the newsletter stores your email address and subscription timestamps for editorial updates. Ask us to remove it whenever you like.
On the listing card
A bar submission stores the listing content and prices, billing email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website supplied by the advertiser. Selected contact details appear with a live listing.
At the till
Stripe processes Featured Partner subscriptions. We keep Stripe customer and subscription references and payment status; a full card number never reaches or stays in our systems.
